SUMMARY: The Sales Manager is needed to strategically grow the production of our agents, our team, and our business. Primary functions include goal setting, establishing training programs for our sales agents. Support through advice for the sales representatives on ways to improve their sales performance, achieve goals and obtain expected quotas.
Work with Sales agents to set goals, determine what training needs they have, and fulfilling these need. Developing methods to hold them accountable and measure their performance. Responsible for hiring and firming members of the sales team with the objection of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develops a comprehensive marketing and sales strategy that continually increases commission generated.
- Coaches agents to prepare their own action plan and then hold them accountable to the execution of their action plan.
- Conducts one-on-one review with all Agents to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of sales performance.
- Provides timely feedback to managing members regarding agent performance.
- Sales and activity reports submitted to Manager Members with recommendations for any adjustments necessary in the program or team members.
- Work with COO to prepare presentations for Managing Members for sales initiatives and recombination of agents to increase commission values.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
- Recruits, tests, hires, and fires Agents based on criteria agreed upon by managing members.
- Work in tandem with COO regarding the ownership of revenue and keeping inline with the set budget to create a cost effective sales management plan.
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Understand and Embrace Process Oriented Environment
Experience in managing 15-20 sales people
Proficient Computer based programs, Microsoft office products, Adobe, Publisher, and Excel
Creative Sales Management methods and tactics
Demonstrate how to build strong lasting relationships
Ability to create strategic incentive and in natives - General Company Requirements:
5-7 years of experience in sales management.
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
