Happy Mardi Gras--Laissez le bon temps rouler!

Let the good times roll! Down in the "Big Easy" the beads start flying as the parades stroll down the streets in New Orleans. The people of the city definitely have something to celebrate with the Saints big win in the Super Bowl! Once the trumpets start blaring I know the "Who Dat" chant will be heard throughout!

25 Under 25 Pre-Gala Dinner

Heather and I attended the 25 Under 25 Pre-Gala Dinner last Tuesday evening at the Missouri Bank & Trust Building Downtown. It was a very inspirational and enlightening experience. I was surrounded by KC business men and women that had the common goal of supporting the metro area and wanting to help it thrive. The speaker was the President of the Boulevard Brewery Company and was just superb and the food was the best I have ever eaten. It was a good time had by all.

Spring Market, Coming in Like a Lion

The Spring Market is officially here! This has been by far the craziest January I have seen yet, so far in January of 2010 The Koehler Bortnick Team has taken 63 new listings and had 1,0005 ! On top of that we have already sold 39 homes! And to top that we have had 1,005 showings on our listings! I am so excited to see what to 2010 will bring, I hope it will go out the same way it came in!!!

And the Saints Go Marching In...

What a wonderful finish to a fantastic super bowl game! It was one of those nail biting games until the very end! So proud of the Saints for winning for the first time in franchise history and really bringing New Orleans back! Wish I could've been on Bourbon Street after the win, I am sure it was truly an event to remember!

On a lighter note, how about those hysterical commercials, my favorite was by far the Dorito's kid telling his dad.. "2 things, hands off my momma and hands of my Doritos!" What was your favorite? I would love to hear!!!
