A slow November in Real Estate.....or is it?
Historically November is a very slow month in the world of real estate, but this November I am extremely pleased to report that The Koehler-Bortnick Team has sold 11 properties for $2.4 million!! What are we doing to attribute that to?? We just started telling EVERYONE about the $8,oo0 and $6,500 tax credit and it got them excited!!

10 Important Life Lessons
Some food for thought:
A friend emailed me this list it is a portion of a column written by Regina Brett of The Plain Dealer out of Cleveland titled: "The 45 Lessons Life Taught Me".
Here are just 10 to think about today:
1. Life isn't fair, but it's still good.
2. When in doubt, just take the next small step.
3. Life is too short to waste time hating anyone.
4. Your job won't take care of you when you are sick. Your friends and parents will. Stay in touch.
5. Pay off your credit cards every month.
6. You don't have to win every argument. Agree to disagree.
7. Cry with someone. It's more healing than crying alone.
8. It's OK to get angry with God. He can take it.
9. Save for retirement starting with your first paycheck.
10. When it comes to chocolate, resistance is futile.
More lessons to come in the future. In the meantime, let me know what you think of these...
